  1. *1 Bonding using a laminator
Be aware that there is a significant risk of curling after lamination.
  2. *2 We recommend dry lamination for thin paper.
  3. *3 Non-absorbent materials and laminate (roll to roll)
To prevent curling, set the tension, dryer and temperature as low as possible.
  4. *4 If heat- and water-resistant lamination is necessary, consult with the adhesive manufacturer.
  5. *5 If a strong bond is necessary, apply an undercoat. Curling may occur due to contraction upon cooling, so roll in the reverse direction.
  6. *6 Bonding of sheets and rolls
Keep the film tension low to prevent curling. After lamination, turn the film side upwards and roll, and cut the sheet after rectifying the curl.
  7. *7 Sheet to sheet bonding
  8. *8Apply a coat to the PVC or PP side. When coating the YUPO side, the ink may run if it is insufficiently dried.
