When high adhesiveness is required, please use a two-component ink. When selecting an ink, please consult with the ink manufacturer.
The basic printing conditions should be set similar to those of BOPP film printing.
To avoid poor centering, set the tension at the lowest possible level.
Immediately after putting the paper through the dryer, cool the YUPO paper to as close as room temperature as possible.
Set the printing conditions in such a manner that the dryer air does not exceed 80℃. Do not attempt to improve drying efficiency by increasing the temperature. More effective results will be achieved by adjusting the air speed or air volume.
For solid patterns, white areas may occasionally bleed through. Perform a test-print to confirm beforehand.
