The basic printing conditions should be set similar to those of BOPP film printing.
When selecting an ink, consult with the ink manufacturer.
To avoid miss registration, set the tension at the lowest possible level.
Adjust the settings to ensure that the paper surface temperature never exceeds 80℃, and immediately after putting the paper through the dryer, cool the surface of YUPO to as close to room temperature as possible.
(1) Water-based flexography
Not recommended for YUPO since the dryer temperature is high.
(2) UV flexo printing (narrow web machine)
Consult with the ink manufacturer for ink selection, and perform a test-print to confirm beforehand. Use a low temperature type (infrared-reduction type) UV lamp.
