Flexography

  • The basic printing conditions should be set similar to those of BOPP film printing.
  • When selecting an ink, consult with the ink manufacturer.
  • To avoid miss registration, set the tension at the lowest possible level.
  • Adjust the settings to ensure that the paper surface temperature never exceeds 80℃, and immediately after putting the paper through the dryer, cool the surface of YUPO to as close to room temperature as possible.
(1) Water-based flexography
Not recommended for YUPO since the dryer temperature is high.
(2) UV flexo printing (narrow web machine)
Consult with the ink manufacturer for ink selection, and perform a test-print to confirm beforehand.
Use a low temperature type (infrared-reduction type) UV lamp.
