Yupo Corporation (President and CEO: Hideyuki Fujiwara; Headquarters: Kanda-surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will participate in TOKYO PACK 2018 (https://www.tokyo-pack.jp/en/), the largest comprehensive packaging exhibition in Asia, as a group company of Oji Holdings Corporation
This year's TOKYO PACK will be held with the basic concept of "Let's think about packaging that protects the earth," and each Oji Group company will exhibit under theme "Let's meet the 'new.' It starts from here."
At this exhibition, Yupo Corporation will exhibit a new lineup of in-mold labels that are environmentally friendly and have excellent decorative properties for PET containers, an environmentally friendly Yupo (YUPO GREEN) that reduces CO2 emissions by blending biomass-derived resin, security labels (SAR, SLR) that make use of the characteristics of YUPO, reflection sheets for plant factories, and YUPO for laser printers (YPI).
We will also exhibit "Biodegradable synthetic paper" as a next-generation environmentally friendly product.
