Yupo Corporation (President and CEO: Hideyuki Fujiwara; Headquarters: Kanda-surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has decided on a new logo and slogan to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its founding on May 10, 2019. We will use this logo and slogan in various products for the coming 50th anniversary.

Following an open call within the Yupo Group, including overseas subsidiaries, "50 years with YUPO Filled with Gratitude" was selected as the highest award slogan out of a total of 160 points from 100 people.

This slogan expresses a new meaning that makes one think of the "past and future" of YUPO, our brand name, with its meaning of "Dreams" (YU in Japanese) and "Progress" (PO in Japanese).
The logo, which was also decided on as the 50th anniversary logo, expresses the slogan's concept in the silhouette of a person walking briskly with the letters "50" in the background. The orange arc at the foot is the "Earth," which represents the "road" as we move toward the future.
