Cutting
Guillotine

(1) Use a sharp-angled blade that is free of nicks. If lines occur at an angle to YUPO®'s cutting surface, or if piles appear at the trimmed edge, replace the blade.
(2) Prior to cutting, completely expel the air from between the sheets.
(3) To prevent the blade from biting, the cutting height should not exceed 15 cm.

Slitting

(1) Avoid nicking the edges of YUPO® rolls. If tension is applied, it may cause the paper to tear.
(2) Use a rotary blade.
(3) Align the upper and lower blades perfectly.
(4) Use sharp-angled blades that are free of nicks.
(5) After slitting, be sure to remove the excess paper.
