*1  Bonding using a laminator
Be aware that there is a significant risk of curling after lamination.
*2 We recommend dry lamination for thin paper.
*3 Non-absorbent materials and laminate (roll to roll)
To prevent curling, set the tension, dryer and temperature as low as possible.
*4 If heat- and water-resistant lamination is necessary, consult with the adhesive manufacturer.
*5 If a strong bond is necessary, apply an undercoat. Curling may occur due to contraction upon cooling, so roll in the reverse direction.
*6 Bonding of sheets and rolls
Keep the film tension low to prevent curling. After lamination, turn the film side upwards and roll, and cut the sheet after rectifying the curl.
*7 Sheet to sheet bonding
*8 Apply a coat to the PVC or PP side. When coating the YUPO® side, the ink may run if it is insufficiently dried.
