Screen Printing
*Use of YUPO® FPU, SGS, KPK, FGS and/or QJJ grades are recommended.

  • For outdoor applications involving exposure to the elements or applications requiring strong water-resistance, use a two-component ink. Alternatively, you may laminate the paper (with laminate PP paper, etc.)
  • When selecting an ink, ensure that you consult with the ink manufacturer. Also perform a test-print before making your final selection.

When Using Solvent-Drying Inks

  • When your application requires an especially high ink adhesiveness, use a two-component ink.
  • Because the surface of the ink can easily bubble up due to the solvent, a heavy grade of ink is recommended.

When Using UV Inks

  • To avoid curling, use a low-temperature UV lamp.
  • Depending on the UV irradiation conditions, the ink my have insufficient adhesiveness or the YUPO® may become curled. Perform a test-print beforehand.
